[FITNESS] Workout Log – P90X Vol2 Day 51: Motivation

What’s good everyone!

Wanted to hit you with a quick check-in. First of all, my previous post stated that it was day 39 when it was actually day 43. Smh. I guess doing the actual exercises are what’s most important right?

Phase 2 is always a challenge in this program, but these exercises are great in that they target the different body parts in the way I did when I first started weight training. I’m still sore days later, and feel my body getting in better shape. I must profess a newfound respect for Yoga. This is the one exercise that P90x people HATE, but the results are excellent. I’ve gotten a tad more flexible but no as much as i want/thought. I have to keep fighting though because with increased range of motion and flexibility, you’re able to gain lean mass and attain better results with your training.

9 days until I hit the 60 day mark. I still have a few challenges with workouts and personal fitness goals, but I will meet them head on. I love a challenge and challenging myself, so it’s time to BOSS up!

    I have deemed this month “March Madness” as I up the workout days from 3 to 5 for the whole month. My motivation is just to think of the results. Yeah eating rabbit food sucks and I really could use some real substanance but it will all be worth it soon.

    *correction* Up the days from 3 to 5 a week.

      Good stuff K-Rock. I workout on avg 5-7 days a week. If I miss days, I double up! Its a hard commitement, but like you said, just think of the results and you’ll be good money!
