Another month another dollar…
I’ve gone past my 30 day mark and I’m checking in with you on day 39. These first 45 of 90 days have been difficult. I’ve missed days here and there, doubled-up to play catch up, even had a bad week where I wasn’t able to work out as hard. I’ve overcome most of those hurdles and at my 30 day mark (taken at day 36 because I didn’t take my before picture until day 6, smh) I’ve seen the same gains I saw when I first started P90X in the Fall! It’s crazy how 30 days of “Bringing it” will make you look out of shape!
My goal for these next weeks is to perform the exercises 7 days a week no matter what. I’m seeing strength gains, but not as much as I’d like, so I’m going to push myself even harder to succeed. I’m also getting a tad more flexible, but the days of being a yoga master seem faaaaaar away, especially since its one of the most dreaded exercises EVER!!! Good thing I can supplement this exercise with the X-Stretch
My nutrition plan has been decent. I have my off days there too, but I’m managing myself. I look to find better ways to follow the P90X Nutrition plan. I’m also getting the recovery drink and the bands from beachbody.com to add to my workout. Should get those by the end of the week.
I’m pushing for extreme results this phase, and you should too! I’ve gotten hurt, nagging injuries, and I’ve been unmotivated at times. I won’t let minor things stop me from my goal, so I’m going to keep pushing! Let me know what ways you motivate yourself, and any healthy eating habits you can share!

when do you work out? in the morning, or at night? how do balance the time? How long does it take for you to complete each workout? (sorry for all the questions, but I'm just starting out. Day 4 today) And where are the before/after pics?

I work out in the early AM but prefer early afternoon. Its all on how you feel. Etiher way just do it!

That's what's up!! Keep pushing… We all have ups & downs! And I HATE YOGA as well!! That recovery drink is a must have! I like a add a little bit of OJ b4 I put in the water when making mine.. 2day is my week 3 day 3. I personally didn't notice a difference yet but everyone around me does notice a change already… My goal is to do 2 rounds of p90x then move on to insanity… Good luck! & don't forget to BRING IT!
