Just wanted to give you a shout, as the holiday season is upon us! I wanted to wish everyone a safe and prosperous holiday season. Don’t break your pockets trying to satify people with material gifts. Make sure it comes from the heart and it’s thoughtful!

Happy I started P90X once again. Its so rigorous, but the rush I feel afterwards is all worth it. i stopped for a few months, but hopefully the muscle memory and smart eating will help me get in shape quick! We’ll see.

I keep gettin stys in my effin eye! Its getting annoying, I keep looking like I lost a UFC fight, lol. Annoying but I guess it could be worse, right? Anyone got remedies or theories let me know.

One of my peoples is moving to NC. Damn where does the time go?! Enjoy every day on this Earth, because all of these 2009 deaths make me live life fully DAILY!
