[FITNESS] Workout Log: The P90X-perience Day 14

Week 2 is already in the books! This workout is beyond crazy, but I feel myself getting stronger and better with the exercises. My endurance has increased, but it feels like the intensity also elevated. You gain the confidence to keep working, but then stepping up to that next plateau drains you. A lot of people quit in week 3, but I can tell you that WON’T happen over here!
I’m mad I missed one workout this week, so I have to go twice as hard this week. It was yoga (one of the hardest ones. I swear even Spider-Man would complain!), but I aint never scared! #liesmentell The hardest part of this plan so far has been the Ab Ripper X. Quote of the day is “I hate it, but I love it”. That exercise makes me feel so out of shape and has me cringing like a tortured prisoner of war, or Jack Bauer. Either way, no pain, no gain right?
I don’t notice any real bodily changes, but I wont analyze for real until day 30 when I take my next body pics to compare. I also have to get a little better with my eating habits. While I cant restrict fully (I’ll lose TOO much weight), I have to regain my mental focus to acheive my goals.
The best part of this challenge is finding other real people who’ve succeeded with P90-X. Shoutout to http://fitnessofwealth.com/ This guys progress gave me more inspiration to go HARD towards my goal. Even offered help to me, that’s wassup!
Never let your fears trump your dreams. Let’s make this happen people!
