
What’s good everyone,
As you know, I’m big on personal health and working out. I wrote some previous articles on getting in better shape and focusing on your goals. I know it can be hard to work towards them, so I’m going to update you on my personal progress and hope that we can motivate each other to reach our goals.
Right now my current goal is to get to 190 lbs. I’m in the “get over the hump” stage, so I’m grinding out heavy. Here are my current stats
Week 14 Weight - 195.6
Week 15 Weight - 194.0
Difference Weekly - 1.6 lbs lost
Difference to date: 5.0 lbs lost
Weight Training Expected – 3
Weight Training Actual - 1
Cardio/Abs Training Expected – 6
Cardio/Abs Training Actual – 0
Target Weight – 190
As expected, the kid bounced back! My body hates me right now, lol. I’ve been vacationing/slacking, but still eating right, which aides in weight loss. I’m gonna keep this short and sweet [||]. It’s time to stop b*tchin and get my cardio up. Running is the only way to shed the fat and start showing muscle, so it’s either I do it, or come back ehre to write a sob story. There’s no quit in me, and I have no time to write Blog novelas. Im going for at least 4x this week with cardio. Watch me!
