
What’s good everyone,
As you know, I’m big on personal health and working out. I wrote some previous articles on getting in better shape and focusing on your goals. I know it can be hard to work towards them, so I’m going to update you on my personal progress and hope that we can motivate each other to reach our goals.
Right now my current goal is to get my body right by July 1st, 2009. I’m in the “get over the hump” stage, so I’m grinding out heavy. Here are my current stats

< 6 pounds away from my target weight! Sorry I didn’t post week 11, Memorial Day weekend is a helluva drug (excuses, lol). Since my work/life schedule has dynamically changed, I changed my current workout schedule to accommodate. For the next month I will do total body workouts 3x a week, mixing and matching my favorite exercises to get a full body workout #TWSS.
Cardio is still the bane of my existence. I’ve lost this weight making sound food choices most of the time, and constantly engaging in a workout, between my total body workouts and Perfect Pushup (which has done WONDERS for my chest area). I plan to get at least 3 cardio workouts in this week, as it will help me to shed those last 6 pounds. I’m looking to be under 190 by June 30th, which WILL happen!
Summer has officially began, so now if you just started working out, your goal should be which month you want to look good. June is here, so aim for a better body by the 4th of July. Maybe you want to finish up strong (c) Mr Cee for the summer, so aim for August. No matter your summer goal, understand that the battle is won on the weekdays and the war is won on the weekends! In that same vein, you win the summer body battle in fall/winter.
Never lose motivation. Illustrate your goals. Create a strong support base. Accept nothing less than achievement of your goal!
