This dude Drake is pretty nice. Props to Clarkus for puttin me on to his music. His Three mixtapes he’s dropped since 2006 are all pretty dope. Check out his latest joint:
Terrell Owens got cut by the Cowboys. It’s crazy how a dude so talented can wear out his welcome so quickly. San Fran, Philly, and now Dallas has given him the axe. He needs to mature and realize that being talented and one of the best pales in comparison to the fact that he’s won NO Superbowls. I’m torn as to whether I would want my Giants to pick him up. I would say do it, and the first sign that he acts up, cut him again. It’s a gamble but he would know we mean business.
I’m 2 months into 2009 and feel like I’m making slow gains with my workout. Work has been pretty crazy, so I haven’t had time to focus. Now with slower time on the horizon, I can set my sites on my zero tolerance workout plan. Cardio 9x a week, lifting 3 times a week. If I can stick to this I will be well on my way to my target of Memorial Day. I’ll keep you posted.
T.I. starts his bid March 27th. Hope it goes fast for him. I’m glad that he put in that 1000+ hours of community service and outreach to kids. No matter what the moTIvation, our youth are very impressionable, and any positive message, especially from their idols, can influence them to think before they act.
Speaking of Idol, I’m out of the loop with American Idol this year. All I hear about is this chick Lil Rounds, whose suppose to be Mary J 2009? Someone please update me.
Finally, I’m writing for another website, examiner.com. My main focus is male/female relationships and all facets of that, with little randomness in between. You can subscribe to those updates Via email as well. It’s a good look, but now I’m trying to find an image for streetztalk. I guess the original intentions of this site was to give me an avenue to develop my writing, along with sharing with you things I found interesting. I guess I can keep it to that, and also finally crank out more video blogs!!
