This is another in the “Meant to write this earlier” blog series, lol. I was speaking to my peoples the other day @ this spot in NYC 53rd and 6th, where the BEST Halal cart resides. This food is heaven in a platter. I gained 30 lbs just imagining their food! The lines at this cat stretch down the NYC blocks, especially after the club lets out! Anyway we spoke on many things, one being politics and how we were hyped that Barack won the Democratic Party nomination. Then, as all fools do, we started brainstorming on the effect Barack’s potential Presidency would have on our people and what would happen if(and WHEN) Barack wins. Jokes.For.DAYS!!! Some of the things we spoke on and others have told me are:
1) Diddy will throw the OFFICIAL Barack Victory Party @ Love nightclub in DC, and follow it up with an Inauguration after party in DC and the CHI! I’m personally waiting for this one to happen! CRAZY!! lmao
2) Black people all around the country will go into work and tell their boss “YOUR MOTHER! BARACK is PRESIDENT, BITCHES” and walk back to their desks like nothing occurred.
3) Those BS bowling lanes will FINALLY be tore down, in place of 4 full courts so our Pres can BALL
4) Barack’s Picture will be the first picture of a US President hanging in Black folx homes(Thanks Nandi – just saw in in ur GStatus, lol)
5) Cookouts on the White house lawn(Its ONLY right!)
6) The first scandal will involve President Obama and Basketball. He’ll be playing a heated game when a call doesn’t go his way. He’ll argue with the other team, when the n-word will slip out in his anger. FOX News will have a FIELD DAY(sad part is, this can happen for much less)
7) The number of children named Barack will increase 70000000000000000%
People will be confused, because since Barack is pres, we will have no clue as to who “The Man” is now(Thank you Jackson)
9) Other countries would respect the US again…
10) TMZ would show picks of Michelle with her hair wrapped getting the morning paper, lol.
Trust me, there were plenty more where that came from. It was a straight SNL skit on the street! Its cool to have fun, but understand Obama is holding our people accountable(as he should). There will be no excuses, only a rally for action, and I respect that 100% Bring it home Barack, I’m ready for that party EARLY!!!
Although it seems Heaven sent, are we ready to have a Black President? Nas what saith you?
